With deepest sympathy as we remember Tressa Spears... Tressa Moncial Spears was born in Plantersville, Lee County Mississippi January 3, 1968 to the late Rush Lyons and Mattie Bell Lyons. She departed this life Saturday, April 21, 2018, 3:45 P.M. at the age of 50. She was preceded in death by her father Rush Lyons; brothers Derrick Lyons, Keith Spears, R.C. Lyons, Rush Lyons, Jr., Tony Lyons and a sister Mary I. Lyons. She leaves to cherish her memories her mother, Mattie Lyons of Verona, MS; three sisters Stephanie (Greg) Williams of Verona, MS, Mary L. Lyons of Chicago, IL, Loresa Lyons of Columbia, IN; four brothers Sam Lyons, Harrell Lyons of Chicago, IL, Kenneth Spears and Terrell Spears, both of Verona, MS; five aunts Addie B. Spears of Memphis, TN, Cynthia Birmingham of Plantersville, MS, Peggy Birmingham of Verona, MS, Jennie Buchan of Tupelo, MS and Elizabeth Watkins of Nettleton, MS and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and a special friend Leon Shack of Verona, MS. Visitation will be on Friday April 27, 2018 from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at N. L. Jones Funeral Directors. Services will be on Saturday April 28, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at N. L. Jones Funeral Chapel.
