On August 14, 1969 the Lord blessed Charles and Catherine Springer with a wonderful son, Timothy Springer (Timmy). Our Lord saw his son was weary and called him home on March 31, 2022.

As a child Timothy accepted Christ as the Savior of his life and united with Rising Star Baptist Church.

He was a construction worker and enjoyed the time he spent with his children and grandchildren. He was a very caring person who loved his family. Timothy was very particular about his attire when going to special occasions. He was loved by many and will be missed by all.

He leaves to cherish his memories the mother of his two children, Stephanie Shannon; two children Ashley Shannon and Joycea Shannon; his sisters Charlene Springer (Howard), Savanna Springer (Pretty Cut), Perlie Mae Miller (Charles), his heavenly sister Essie Springer and his only brother Charles Springer as well as his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
