Mr Roosevelt Dennis was born to the loving parents Mr Garland and Zadie Dennis at the tender age of one his mother died and he was raised by his grandmother Sarah Roosevelt was a quiet man .but made many friends.He was loved hosting get together at his home for friends to play cards and dominoes. He loved collecting rare coins,music and guns.most family members knew of his love for his cats and various fruit trees on his property .Roosevelt loved old cars &loved collecting them.in August of 1968 he met the love of his life.Julian Shumpert in Tupelo ,Ms Roosevelt was a self made man during the turbulant 70's when many minorities were still fighting for equality he worked hard to build a home in Verona for his family.Roosevelt worked many years at Mid South and Penn Tire among many other jobs in Lee county area . Roosevelt leaves to cherish his loving memories his wife Julian Shumpert Dennis his children Ashton Mairidith, Josiah Dennis, Brayden Dennis , Maddison Dennis Malachi Dennis. and two other he raised as his own William Nabors,Ashley(Philip)Rogers his sibilings include Sarah(James)Huddleston Annie(John)Huddleston , Lovie(Ernest)Edward and Luella Dennis ,Otis Dennis(deceased) a host of grandchildren ,nieces ,nephews,cousin and friends
