Sharing in your sadness as you remember R. E. Gilleylen. R. E. Gilleylen, 68, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, October 26, 2017 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi. He was born to Robert Lee and Florence Gilleylen on July 31, 1949 in Monroe county, Aberdeen. He was a long-time member of Emmanuel Church of God in Christ. He enjoyed doing mechanical work, fixing on homes, and handy work.  A celebration of life service will be Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Life Changing Ministries with Pastor Jeremiah Penro officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday, November 3, 2017 at N. L. Jones Funeral Directors. Burial will follow immediately at Porters Memorial.  ~A Pillar of Strength in Time of Need~
