Milton Rogers was born June 5, 2026 to Eva Jean Rogers Metcalf and Wesley Cook in Tupelo, Mississippi. He was reared in the home with his mother and Eugene Metcalf. He made his transition from this earthly life on July 11, 2026 in Vardaman, Mississippi.

Milton professed his faith in Christ at an early age at Messiah Baptist Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan. 

He attended school in the Grand Rapids Public Schools System in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Milton worked for Michigan Youth Clubs and after exploring life he moved to Mississippi to be close to family. He was employed as a cook and provided lawn service in Houston, MS. He worked at Genesis Daycare in Verona and D’Casa Restaurant in Tupelo. He was very talented with so many skills. He loved to dance and tell jokes. He expressed himself through his love for fashion and always dressed to impress.

Milton was preceded in death by his parents: Eugene and Eva Jean Metcalf; a brother Hershel Metcalf and sister Nicole Metcalf.

Milton leaves to cherish his memories, a loving wife Dolly Rogers; step- daughters: Predita, Rachel and Candace; sisters: Tansy Stubbs (James) of Shannon, MS, Brenda Robinson (Michael) and Ella Buchanan both of Tupelo, MS, and Patricia Ann Nelson of Grand Rapids, MI; brothers: James Metcalf (Marisol) of Kissimmee, FL. Anthony Rogers of Shannon, MS, Steven Metcalf (Tatyana) Gregory Metcalf (Latasha) both of Greenville, MS and Rodney Buchanan (Cassandra) of Fulton, MS; grandchildren: Christian, Christopher, Dedrick and Myla and a host of other relatives and friends.
