Luler Lawson Williams was born on May 19, 1945, in Chickasaw County, Mississippi to late Elbert "Jack" Lawson and the late Levada Moore Lawson. She passed away peacefully at Sanctuary Hospice House on December 1, 2024 surrounded by her family. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, educator, and friend.

She leaves to cherish her memories her daughter, Catina Terrell (Michael), and her beloved grandchildren, Patience and Mya Terrell, all of Tupelo, MS; her aunts, Minnie Blackamoore, New York, NY and Lessie Moore, Kalamazoo, MI. Remembering her with love, her nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Luler's memory to Sanctuary Hospice House of Tupelo via sanctuaryhospicehouse.com. Luler's legacy of love, education, and compassion will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed but forever cherished.
