On January 13,2017 Mrs Lela Mae Morrow journey came to a end at North Miss Medical Center. Lela was born to the late Erskin and Sudie Mae Birks. She professed her love for Christ at a early age .Lela was a member of Palestine United Methodist Church in Nettleton,Ms.Lela's hobbies were watching sports on the Television and spending time with her family,she worked at Redcap until becoming a fulltime caregiver for her mother.Lela was not only the matriarch of her family but of the many families she encountered. For them she will always be known as momma,grandma,sixteenand sisterLela leaves to cherish her memories her children Robert Lee Walton(Jean) of Plantersville ,Ms Elbert Lee Walton(Margaret) Teresa Springer(Leonard) Elaine Walton all of Nettleton,Ms two step daughters,Harrietta Ezell,Carol Kilgore,all of Amory and a host of loving grandchildren,great-grandchildren,Perline of Plantersville,Ms a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends she was preceded in death by her parents  heer husband John Henry Morrow her children Denise Walton and Bobby Earl Walton other siblings Jimmy Birks and James Oliver Birks and a great-grandchild Passion Springer
