Jaqueline Ann Pannell was born to the late Charles Clanton Jr and the late Kate Newson she was raised by her grandmother the late Cornelia Newson she departed this earthly life at her home in Racine Wisconsin,she was the proud parent of three childern Nicole Pannell,Latosha Pannell both of Tupelo Ms Nicholas Pannell of Kansas City Missouri three grandchildren Kasiah Hayes, Anyla Pannell,and Ovas Powell jr of Tupelo Ms 2 brothers Damon Clanton of Tupelo Ms, Tyron Cosby Sr 1 sister Felicia Clanton both of Oklahoma City Oklahoma four nephews and a host of beloved relatives and friends
