Herman was born on January 12, 1939 to the late Willie Dewey, Sr. and Everneeza Williams. He was united in holy matrimony to Lillie B. Hudson-Williams. Herman was a retiree of the Troxel Manufacturing Co. in Moscow, TN after 37 years. He was a member of the North Benton Volunteer Fire Department. Herman confessed Christ at an early age at Sims M.B. Church. He later joined Miracle Temple Salt & Light Ministries, were he served on the deacon board. Herman leaves a faithful and devoted wife, Lillie B. Williams. He leaves nine children: Marilyn (Frederick) Franklin, Lolita (Alfonzo) Reliford, Joyce (James) Preston, Lisa Hudson, Courtney Williams, Willie (Janice) Williams, Stanley (Bobbie) Williams, Michael (Regina) Williams, Tyrone (Angela) Williams. He reared three of his grandchildren: Carlos (Jameia) Franklin, Almetria and Sherri Williams. He also leaves eighteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Five siblings Cora (Robert) Griggs, Fannie (Walter) Hudson, Willie (Quetee) Williams, James (Rejean) Williams, and Harold (Lois) Williams, a special sister-n-law Nellie Williams. One special aunt, Lillian Bailey, ten special god-daughters; three god-sons and one god granddaughter. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends that he loved dearly.
