Frank Arthur Williams, 70, passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo, MS surrounded by his family. He was born to Cornelia Thornton Cummings and the late Mitchell Williams on May 18, 1948. Frank was a 1966 graduate of Belden High School and a biology major at Alcorn State University. He accepted Christ at an early age and joined Jesus New Testament Holiness Church where he served faithfully until death. Frank had a passion for singing and was one of the original members of the Spiritual QC's. He was employed at Tupelo Fiber for 32 years. Frank is survived by his mother: Cornelia Cummings of Belden, MS; his children: Tockanesia Williams, Katina Davis Holland, Zenus Eric Williams, Marcus Williams, Mark Word and Marsha Williams (Jerry) Robinson; his brothers: Willie (Dorothy) Thornton, Robert (Verna) Thornton, Lee (Annie) Williams, his stepbrother: T.C. (Pam) Cummings, Jr.; his stepsisters: Anna Cummings (Mack) Garner, Dorothy (Reuben) Tillmon, Linda Murry and Verniece (James) Mabry; his sisters: Mary Williams, Ruby Lee Wade, Vera Nabors, Wanda (Leo) Wells and Perceta (Aron) Berry, 12 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Services will be on Saturday, July 7, 2018, 1:00 p.m. at The Rock Pentecostal Apostolic Church, 2406 Main Street, Plantersville, MS. Prior to the services, visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Jesus New Testament Holiness Church Cemetery, 1154 County Road 194 in Blue Springs, MS. N.L.
