Charlie C. Cook 66 of Nettleton, MS passed into the arms of our Lord and Savior on January 02, 2024, at Diversicare Nursing Facility in Amory, MS. He was born a very special baby and will always be our baby forever. Charlie was born at home in Monroe County, MS on November 5, 1957, to the late Wesley and Annie Kate Green Cook. He was christened as a baby at New Prospect MB Church of Nettleton, MS. Where he remained a member until death. He was the baby of five siblings who all helped care for him. He was a resident of North Mississippi Regional Center, Oxford MS for forty- seven years. Charlie had a smile that would warm up any room, he was very angelic, and was loved by all who were graced with his presence.
He is survived by three sisters, Kattie M. Lyles – Nettleton MS, Olia Cook and Linda F. Weatherspoon – Grand Rapids MI, and one brother Wesley Lee Cook – Tupelo MS along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins. We all loved and visited him regularly, enjoying the precious time spent with each other.
