Bobby Joe Brinker was born August 2, 1944 to the late Cleotis and Alma Brinker. He professed hope in God at an early age. He joined Second Baptist Church in Verona, MS. He leaves to cherish his memories five children; Patsy Brinker of Shannon, Marie Morris (Roy Lee) of Pontotoc, Connie Sadler (Chris) of Guntown, Vanessa Spragin (Kurt) of Shannon and Bobby Joe Brinker Jr.(Markious) of Tupelo. One brother Otis Brinker (Jan) of Tupelo; two sisters Earnstine Brinker-Skinner of Verona and Dorothy Brinker-Logan of Verona, one brother-in-law John Watkins, and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his sister, Francis Watkins, two nieces, Debra Watkins, and Michelle Brinker, two nephews Anthony Brinker and Stacey Brinker and one grandchild Alexandria Venise Spragin.
