On August 7, 1988 God allowed an angel to begin to spread her wings by the name of Petoria Niesha O'Neal Shumpert. He allowed Erica (Robert Dale) Hester and Charles Rainey care for her until the time came for his angel to return home. On Tuesday, September 22, 2020 early that morning he called her home.

She accepted Christ early in life although life took her down some dark roads at times. She would often find herself crying out for his hand to lead the way. Throughout her 32 years of walking with Christ she was a part of several church families. But she finally found her home at the University Of Life Church in Oxford, MS.

Tori attended South Pontotoc School. She loved making you laugh. Tori would often listen to gospel music and sing. She like to travel and she loved family regardless what anyone else thought about them.

On February 28, 2014 she married Berry Shumpert, Jr., although she had no children of her own she loved her three bonus gifts (children) from God: Symiyjaye, Jaevyn and Kashon Shumpert.

Her memories will be forever cherished by her husband, Berry "B.J" Shumpert; her mother Erica and Robert "Dale" Hester; her father Charles L. Rainey Sr. of Amory, MS; grandfather Larry Farr (2) brothers: Adrian Hester of Tupelo and Charles Rainey Jr., (4) Sisters: Latisha R. Rainey, Keva Parks, Angel Rainey, Rihanna Rainey.

She also leaves to cherish that smile several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her beloved grandmother Joan O'Neal; grandfather Bobby Pickens; grandparents Ulysses C. and Ida Mae Rainey; and uncle Billy C. Rainey.
