Colandrea R. James-Grimes was born in Westland, MI on July 16, 1978 to Mrs. Ruth Ann Jamesand Warren James Sr.

She attended Eliot Elementary School. She accepted Christ at an early age at Christian VictoryCenter in Inkster, MI under the leadership of Pastor Jiles Bugess . Her family moved to Nettleton, MS at the age of 15 where she continued school and graduated from Nettleton High School in 1996. She accepted a new church at Springhill Missionary Baptist Church in Nettleton, Ms.

She graduated from Itawamba Community College and Rust Community College and received her master's degree in early childhood education.

She was a loving dedicated hardworking teacher for the last 20 years. She loved and cherished all her students.

She was full of love and smiles. She enjoyed everyday with her family especially her nieces, nephews, and special friends.

Colandrea R. James-Grimes departed her early life on August 10,2020. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her mother Ruth Ann James, her grandfather Charles (Doll) Morrow, her great-grandmother Zora Wise, her great-
grandfather Jesse Ruff, her great-uncle Rufus Ruff, her great- aunt Margie Ruff Lagrone, and Mildred Ruff.

She leaves to cherish her memories her father Warren James Sr of Champagne, IL; her grandmother Margret Ruff Tyus of Nettleton, MS; her son Warrington (Tre) James of Nettleton, MS; her sister Shavawn James of Nettleton, MS Ashley (Sintaris) Owens of Pontotoc, MS, Lauren (Tommie) Stinson of Columbus, MS; her brother Warren (Kemasha) James Jr of
Nettleton, MS; two aunts Casshurn (George) Willis of Detroit, MI Allie Gray of Plainfield, IL; one uncle Dennis Gray of Chicago, IL; a host of nieces' and nephews . An endless number of relatives, friends, and co-workers whom she loved dearly and one special cousin Carey Rashad(Cassandra) Jones of Tupelo, MS.
