Her Journey Begins...
Clytee Moore Stone was born July 8, 1932 in Tupelo, Mississippi to Willie Moore Sr. and Minnie L. Cunningham Moore. She was the ninth child of ten children born to this union. In January of 1956, Clytee was united in Holy Matrimony to Nathaniel Stone Sr. from this union three childrenwere born. Clytee loved her family as well as others she came in contact with. She was known by many names (Mama, Mom, Mama Stone, Aunt Cly and Tee).
Her climb so high...
Clytee was a dedicated employee at North Mississippi Medical Center for 30 years until her retirement in 1993.
Clytee professed her life to Christ at a young age and continue to live a life dedicated to serving God. She was a Sunday School Teacher, Church Clerk and Treasurer, a Mentor, a Counselor, a Prayer Warrior and Life Coach to many people and impacted the lives of all who came in contact with her.
She reached the hearts of many...
Clytee Moore Stone passed on to glory July 6, 2020 surrounded by family. She was adored and loved by her children, grandchildren, sisters, family and everyone who knew her. After she retired Clytee devoted her time to family and service to God.
She found the path to Glory...
Her Journey continues in heaven with her loved ones who went on before: her parents, six sisters: Ophelia Johnson, Juanita Moore, Irene Moore, Ethel J. Moore, Diane Moore and Artra Jean Riggs; two brothers: Willie Moore III and Andrew Moore.

Her children, Debra Stone of Tupelo, MS, Nathaniel (Patrice) Stone of Saltillo, MS, Gwendolyn Stone of Tupelo, MS; two Grandchildren, Dr. Britt Stone and Keenan Stone of Austin, TX; two sisters, Willie Nell (Robert) Glover of Tupelo, MS, Toni Vaughn of Tupelo, MS, Special CaregiverMarion Chapman, extended family of Nassau Bahamas and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Graveside Service: Saturday, July 11, 2020 at 10am at Porter's Memorial Park, Tupelo, MS.
